Starting from the year 2022, we have expanded the range of processes offered to our customers by adding, to the historical and traditional ones, the micro-bead blasting activity carried out with a sandblasting system with recovery and purification of the abrasive, complete with compressor for supplying air to the system.
The dimensions of the cabin inside which the treatment is carried out (8 mt x 3,70 mt x 3,70 mt height) allow us to treat even articles of important dimensions, guaranteeing their handling without damaging the treatment carried out.
Thanks to microbead blasting with glass spheres, the steel acquires a uniform and homogeneous rough appearance; furthermore, the glass microbeads do not remove the material and do not etch the treated surfaces, guaranteeing the steel, after microbead blasting, the appearance of a satin surface.
